Refund Policy

1. All digital sales are final

Once your order is paid and your download links are made available on the thank-you page or by email, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This includes change of mind, buying the wrong book, buying a single book and later wanting the collection, or no longer needing the product.

Please check the book descriptions, sample pages and age guidance on each book page before purchasing.

2. Faulty or missing files

If a file is corrupted, won't open, is missing pages or you never received your download links, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We'll fix it by sending a working file or new download links.

A refund is only considered if we are unable to provide a working file within a reasonable time.

3. Duplicate purchases

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same item, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate charge once verified.

4. Printing issues

We can't refund for printer settings, ink, paper or print quality at home. Tips: print at 100% / 'actual size' on A4 paper. The black-and-white versions are included to save ink.

5. Discount codes

Discounts apply only at checkout and can't be added to an order after it's paid. No partial refunds are given for codes not used.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we're always happy to help sort out any problem quickly. Opening a chargeback for a delivered digital product may result in loss of access to your download links.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Where a product has a major failure that we can't fix, you're entitled to a remedy as required by law.
